Community Yoga in Dallas
Beginner-friendly classes taught by our teacher trainees.

Community Yoga classes are beginner-friendly, taught by teacher trainees enrolled in DYC's Teacher Training and Mentorship programs. Formats vary and include Yoga Fundamentals, with attention to alignment details, and beginner-level Vinyasa Flow. Each class covers foundational postures and how to use props to support them, with modifications offered for every posture. Even your favorite DYC teachers started in these same shoes. Come support our teaching students as they begin sharing their love of yoga with the community.
