The DYC story
Community, quality, authenticity, variety. Thirty years of yoga, mindfulness, and wellness in the heart of Dallas.
Since 1989, the Dallas Yoga Center has played a tremendous role in the DFW community, offering the highest quality yoga, wellness, and mindfulness for people to find inner strength, personal growth, and healing in the face of life's most difficult challenges.
Our mission is to educate, enrich, and inspire the community to lead more mindful, meaningful, and healthier lives. Over three decades we have built relationships throughout Dallas with organizations including Baylor Medical Center, American Airlines, the Dallas Museum of Art, Greenhill School, and Accenture, and we have been named Best of Dallas by D Magazine and the Dallas Observer many times over.
Through the wide breadth of our yoga, mindfulness, and wellness classes, our somatic and integrative offerings, and an impressive schedule of regional and international teachers, we serve and educate our community and provide the tools for healing, growth, and self-exploration. To people of all ages seeking healthier, more mindful lives, DYC is North Texas's trusted home for authentic yoga.

Now a co-owner, he continues to teach mindfulness and sound healing, and he co-created the Mindfulness Certification Training with Sarah Sampson and Dr. Kay Colbert, a program that has empowered thousands to bring mindfulness into schools, hospitals, corporations, and beyond.
